Use the rope to capture a live gnome and bring it to the Winterax Cook.

Description

I love gnomes. So tender and tasty. I am making a boiled gnome stew for the rest of the tribe, but I don't have the main ingredient! Take this rope and go bring me a live gnome. Make sure its bloodied up first, so its juices are flowing and its meat sufficiently tenderized. Chop chop!
